2017 – A Year of Growth for Pinewood SA Support

At Pinewood SA, 2017 is the year of growth. Over the past year our user base has grown past the 3000 mark and continues to so. We have grown our helpdesk in a few ways, namely:

We have a new team within the helpdesk, the data team, who are handling the set up and support for all OEM integration items, as well as all Pinnacle options.  The data team is made up of Zandile Ndlangisa and Riesqah Davids, who have both been promoted from 1st line helpdesk consultants.

We have also recently appointed a helpdesk supervisor, Shannon Stoppel, who will be managing the day to day running of the helpdesk. Shannon was promoted to the supervisory role from her 1st line consultant position. She is currently reviewing and implementing helpdesk processes to ensure the best customer service delivery to you.

With the movements of the above consultants into new roles, the growing client base, as well as the increase in tickets being logged, we felt it necessary to recruit 4 new helpdesk consultants to help improve turn-around times and customer service.

We have appointed Roxanne Manwaring, Thando Mazomba and Phathiswa Mntuyedwa who joined Anri von Waltsleben in the Vehicle and Accounts team.

Furthermore,  we have appointed Chelsea Groenewald who has joined Nathan Arendolf and Mandy Forbes in the Aftersales team.

All of our consultants are on strict training schedules to ensure that knowledge growth is taking place so that you as the customer, are assisted as quickly and efficiently as possible. We trust that you will bear with us through this time of growth and learning.
