Users will be able to import any recall/ campaigns for any franchise and match this against any existing
vehicles in the database. Aftersales Diary events will automatically get created as reminder dates
against those vehicles, this will also appear in the Work Required pop up. Pinnacle will automatically
link a recall campaign to a vehicle, either by registration or VIN number, whichever is applicable.
Users are able to process a recall within CRM > Processing > Recall
The user can view all the current recalls applicable per make throughout the enterprise or just for the
branch. New campaigns can also be imported on an existing make of vehicle by clicking onto the make
and clicking the import button.
