Following extensive development work integrating Pinnacle into Opel’s own systems, Pinnacle now offers DMS integration compliant with Chevrolet dealer standards.

Parts Franchise File
Containing all current Opel franchise parts held on file, the parts franchise file integrates fully into Pinnacle which streamlines the process of quotation and invoice creation by pulling in manufacturer part numbers, purchase codes, sales codes, part descriptions, cost and recommended retail prices without the need for manual re-keying.
Parts Price Updates
Automatic parts price updates ensure that parts prices are consistently updated and made available to (insert appropriate brand) Pinnacle users as soon as the manufacturer releases new information.
Parts Stock Order Transmission
Pinnacle allows parts stock orders to be transmitted automatically to Opel, improving efficiency and accuracy of the order process as well as reducing dealership workload.
Parts Stock Locator
Pinnacle allows parts stock locator to be transmitted automatically to Opel, efficiently informing the manufacturer on the quantity of parts are held on hand. This improves the manufacturer’s abilty to pre-empt the demand for parts and ensure pro-active warehouse management of parts.
There are three submissions for each dealership in separate formats and different purposes
1. General Motors South Africa received a file for inter-dealer trading
2. Submission to UTi for just enough parts movement analysis
3. Global Dealer Data Services submission for global trend analysis of part stock holding
GDDS Feed – Over the Counter Sales
Pinnacle allows for parts Over The Counter sales to be submitted to GM’s Global Dealer Data Services database automatically on a daily basis.
CSI Workshop Submission
Automatic submission of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) file for workshop department to the manufacturer or to their designated CSI provider. The feed allows the dealership’s customers to be contacted by the manufacturer to determine the satisfaction with the level of service experienced at the dealership.
GDDS Feed – Repair Order Submission Over the Counter Sales
Pinnacle allows for workshop Repair Order submission automatically on a daily basis. Submitted to GM’s Global Dealer Data Services database, the data allows for global analysis of vehicle service and maintenance details.
GDDS Feed – Vehicle Inventory
Pinnacle allows for the vehicle inventory of the dealership to be automatically submitted on a daily basis. Submitted to GM’s Global Dealer Data Services database, the data allows for global analysis of vehicle inventory at dealerships
GDDS Feed – Vehicles Sales
Pinnacle allows for vehicle sales of both New and Used Vehicles to be submitted automatically on a daily basis. Submitted to GM’s Global Dealer Data Services database, the data allows for global analysis of vehicle demand.
