Review the current data collected from the sales process, defining what is working and what is not. Set the standard for the sales process. 3. Ensure that the Pinnacle permissions are setup correctly enabling each user to execute their role competently and confidently.
Day 2 - Includes: 1. Coaching your users on the process to reinforce the newly defined sales journey. 2. Taking management through the sales process, and management level visibility which can be used to monitor and follow up on current sales opportunities. 3. Sales activity and opportunity reports reviewed with management, taking them through customer creations, sales activity and outcome reports which empowers them with the visibility to manage the department.
Monthly Sales Activity and Database Report:This report is to highlight and interrogate all activity being processed from the sales department. Sales is an integral aspect to any dealership, and if managed efficiently can result in good sales performance and data which tells a story.
