Welcome to the Pinewood DMS WhatsApp group. This group has been created as we have noticed over time that email open rates are on the decline and with the ever-growing technology world, receiving info via WhatsApp is the way forward as it’s brief and easy to read while on the go.
Please see below rules and regulations;
- The WhatsApp group is structured as a one-way communication platform. (You will not be able to respond to any messages.)
- All queries need to be sent to Customer Experience Agents.
- WhatsApp group is managed by our Marketing Coordinator.
- The group is monetized on an ad-hoc basis.
- Content sent via WhatsApp will have external links to further information around the specific subject to reduce mobile data rate.
