Parts Replenishment (RIM)

Automatic daily submissions of parts stock / order quantities and movement detail to Mercedes-Benz. The suggested orders created by Mercedes-Benz are then automatically imported into Pinnacle creating supplier orders in readiness for receipting when the parts arrive. This removes any need for manual processing by the dealer.


CRM Data Extract

Mercedes-Benz require a daily feed of updated Customer, Vehicle, and transaction records. All appropriate data is included into an extract per dealer code and submitted to Mercedes-Benz automatically overnight.

CRM Data Quality Import

A data feed is made available from Mercedes-Benz on a daily basis containing recommended updates to Customer and Vehicle information based on data cleansing and campaigns performed centrally. This allows the dealer to process amendments, clear inappropriate records, and update their contact history to detail marketing campaigns distributed by Mercedes-Benz.


Workshop Labour Times/Text Import

An automated import to technical data provided by Mercedes-Benz to ensure that the Pinnacle system is always up to date with the correct times and descriptions for workshop labour.

Mercedes-Benz UK provide a local set of menu pricing data that is provided and imported into Pinnacle so that this is automatically available without any need for manual setup.
