Parts Franchise File
Manufacturer part files that contain part information (e.g. part number, purchase codes etc.). Provides the ability to create genuine franchise parts directly from a manufacturer price file.
Parts Price Updates
Ensure that parts prices are updated with the latest prices when available.
Parts Stock Order Transmission
Pinnacle allows parts orders to be transmitted automatically to Nissan.
Grass Roots Feed
Sends Grass Roots three files daily (parts file, workshop invoices file and used stock file).
Extract of daily bookings that can be used in the service department.
Avoid double keying by utilising the automated two-way interface with Contact Advantage. This gives dealers the ability to automatically receive leads and demo requests directly from Nissan and update customer information back to their central hub. This saves dealers time by only having to use the Pinnacle system to update customer information while Pinnacle automatically updates the Nissan central Hub.
Contains job information completed on a weekly basis, used to assess customer satisfaction.
