LDC (local distribution centre)
Pinnacle provides integration into LDC giving users a simple process for requesting and receiving parts as well as maintaining core stock levels.
Dealer Stock Profile (DSP)
The Dealer Stock Control Package is also fully supported, allowing Volvo to interpret your stock demand history and develop your stock profile.
Full VIDA G integration enables vehicle and parts lists information to be easily transferred between Pinnacle and VIDA G.
Volvo Warranty and SBI
Integrating fully into the Volvo Warranty system, Pinnacle provides users with the latest Volvo claim code updates and also includes a self billing invoice (SBI) routine.
GPSS (Guaranteed Price Service System) and VSTG
Integration into the Volvo menu pricing system allows users to quote, raise jobs and invoice as a package price including labour and parts.
Pinnacle delivers the list of service invoices completed as a daily transmission for analysis by Volvo.
On a daily basis Pinnacle will pick up a list of Volvo published manufacturer recall / campaign data. All recalls can be followed up through the aftersales diary and notifications are provided to users when creating a workshop booking, saving dealers from double keying into the QW90 system.
Volvo Vehicle Load Data
All vehicle files created are matched to the Volvo Vehicle Load Data ensuring information is transferred seamlessly into the Workshop system.
Customer & Service Data Capture
Pinnacle will transmit on a daily basis all new customers in the sales department and any customers who have had service or warranty work carried out. This information is transmitted directly to Volvo’s central marketing system saving dealers from any manual re-keying of information.
Volvo Total Care (VTC)
As part of the Volvo Total Care initiative, Pinnacle has a number of standard features that will give Volvo dealers all the information they require on Volvo Product Sales and potential opportunities. As well as this, automated contact plans mean scheduled contacts are actioned in order to maintain an on-going customer relationship.
Sales Activity Reporting
Prospecting activity is automatically transmitted to Volvo on a weekly basis detailing any on-going new or used vehicle enquiry information.
